true true you are right. but they contract all the work locally and I have (perhaps erroneaously) inferred that Grange is involved in some way. IMO, with their geography, cooperation of some kind is a given, to the benefit of both parties.
If NBR started running and Grange was cashed up... they have the capacity to make it sing.
