Nutritional Choice Australia Pty Ltd
As announced previously, Golden Koala Group Pty Ltd which is 51% owned by JAT, has a manufacturing agreement with Nutritional Choice Australia Pty Ltd (“NCA”) under which NCA produces dairy products for sale to China.
NCA has recently been placed in receivership. The directors of JAT understand that NCA is solvent and the receivership is as a result of an internal dispute rather than insolvency.
Despite the receivership, JAT and NCA are continuing to trade as normal and the JAT directors expect NCA to meet its obligations to JAT under the manufacturing agreement in full and on time.
