I have to agree, is this announcement not a breach just by the fact that it is inaccurate? It definitely has impacted the share price, as well as having an affect on the cfda application, the english labelled GK which was due in May and ofcourse the material impact on share price. After all these dodgy acquisitions and continual broken promises how can anyone have faith in management?

Mr Xis previous fraud abuses dont help the case either as well as Jatenergys previous ventures with biofuels and 'coalcoversion plus' whatever that is. Take a good look at all the previous companies of Jatenergy before there modern conversion to retail goods, they used to be in the exciting sector of 'future biofuels' but none of those companies took off despite good hype surrounding exciting contracts eg 'supplying biofuel to luftansa' . Was there a takeover of some sort or is this the same management?

I wonder what happened to all those investors....
