Cant be the hedging, they state they maintain full exposure to the upside of Zinc price above this amount. So if price is above $1.20, from what I understand, they should be selling the Zinc above $1.20. However if its below $1.20, then they will be selling for $1.20.
Do I understand it incorrectly?
