    Dont know much abt transmine but Mecuria paid 800m in cash to acquire a part of Jp morgan chase commodity trading unit. So they did have a lot of spare cash. Dont know how many asx listed companies have that much cash. Its a legit company. Probably top biggest private commodity trading company
