I agree with Seaforth on this one. Speculating on what the specifics of the claim are and what direction the legal action will take is futile for us share holders. All we know is a well funded major international multimetals producer is making a claim.
I’m yet to witness any litigation against a small/mid cap stock that has anything but a negative impact on share price till it is resolved. And it usually always takes a long time.
