    I see nothing negative in the announcement.
    I imagine contractors for upgrades
    wanted security before beginning or cash upfront....the balance sheet is now healthy.
    Zinc price looks like it has bottomed and on the rise.
    I think we will see 30cents ..If not today
    Then this week..

    I will be buying on any dip.
