why would they need to build a sulphate plant? Goro already produces nickel sulphate ie MHP or nickel hydroxide cake as Vale calls it.
what makes NCz think they can make it generate a positive ebitda when Vale never has I wonder...oh and the hundreds of millions that Vale was needed for the dry stack capex
