very interesting NCZ got a 60 day look. They would have had to pay a decent option fee to get it and have a serious backer to get it.

Generally such a deal happens with a Term Sheet including a target deal including the $.

NCZ announcement and the (leaked?) AFR article suggest they are being paid to take it, hmmm?

The Century acquisition announcements were similar.

But as for that deal the devil was in the detail aka Rehab liability paybacks etc.
