Once the retail offer closes, we'll have a better idea on SP. Some people are selling to pay/replace the money they used to take it up at 15c and also claim a tax credit for any losses at the same time. I'd be doing the same thing if I was in their position.
Not to mention it's common for most stocks to drop towards the CR offer. Been in plenty when it dropped to the CR offer then quickly bounced back and continue to rise.
