It is amazing that NCZ are happy to pay Fosters to prepare a document of this quality, not to mention the flippancy of using the byline “blame it on the rain”. Mr Chen is a man of many talents including comedy apparently. Never mind the fact his report is extremely lightweight and fails to mention many positives potentially in the post. I hope I’m incorrect but if NCZ management are satisfied with this then they may be falling asleep at the wheel. My calls to HQ yesterday and today went unanswered and my voicemails have not as yet elicited a response.

I still believe we’ll go up but it may be in spite of some peoples lack of effort.
