    NCZ plan was to ramp up to become the 5th largest zinc mine. NCZ would have also known Glencore were brining back Lady Loretta back online, MMG were brining on Dugald River and Vedanta were bringing on Gamsberg.

    Who would have thunk that would have had a negative effect on zinc price and increased TCs?
