The concern for NCZ even if they are achieving incremental improvements on the recoveries is that they will be producing additional zinc concentrates which the market clearly does not need. This will increase TCs and some customers may ask for delays in their shipments. Have a guess as who has to hold the inventory until the customer can receive it.
Take a look at the current lithium market (A40, PLS etc) to understand the impact of pushing additional tonnes into an oversupplied market and the value of off-take agreements in these markets.
