re: Ann: NDA signed with potential US distrib... Yes, the UV sterilisation business appears to be another business that these guys control according to the filings their joint names are associated with.
Venture capital seems unlikely to have much interest in improving the lot of current shareholders and will prefer maximum dilution in their own interest if they decide they want in...
Oh well, quarterly due out today and they will need to say something about the cash position or the ASX will be back questioning it. $290k will be barely covering salaries, flights and accommodation for all these presentations and an investor relations firm.
