I don't totally subscribe to your sentiment however I do partially.
The most critical element for this company will be new contracts. At least they are making a concerted effort over the coming months. If they secure contracts then there wont be any need to capital raise(well no significant capital raising - depending on new contracts cash flow). A few contracts and we could see it go upwards to the >$0.03.
If there are no new contracts by end of year, then I think your sentiment is correct.
Those with a weak ticker should jump out now, else for those with courage and bit of risk appetite, if no new contracts by December, cut and run then.
