I don't think its do with the announcement, generally EXC has been sliding backwards since the highs at the end of August due to very low volume, i.e. people who need to cash out for whatever reason are forced to take whatever is being offered which was generally at least 5% lower than the current SP, this over a few months drove the price down from the 9's into the 5's.

Today however there has been an unusually high volume, I'm hoping its a tree shake before some big news given that some good announcements are expected in December.

In any case, would be good to get some discussions going here, be nice to get the opinion of some more informed investors
