My initial training and experience was in metallurgy. I like all the value-added metallurgical testwork leading to improvements being pursued by XAM.
Colin Moorhead has a good reputation in the industry although I thought he sounded terribly Blase when he delivered the scoping study back in 2022. Since then he has directed exactly the things needed to improve the project and thus its NPV and IRR. That being the case maybe he was experienced enough to talk so relaxedly about the scoping study results.
Of course, then he would have known of Zijin coming on board, in the near future. Looking forward to the PFS.
