Remember ships waiting times creating supply chain issues... seems to be sorting itself out.
Personnally I'd like to see the whole area drilled out, as we continue relocation homes etc etc, and then get better financing terms for a better and longer project. Pay the usury penalty, extend time frame for the better, order what we need to lock in prices and get it ready to ship from storage, and produce without stupid low pog hedges and royalties.
As WA opens up, labour should stabilise in our region as well.
