About 50/50, maybe 55/45. Valid concerns, I like the management team but no one is that hard to track down if sufficiently motivated. That said I've also bought in under 1.3c multiple times to then see it hit 6c so money is money. I see them eventually walking away with a windfall as that is the whole point of starting a company, I just think it will happen later rather than sooner. On the other hand, they could always just get muscled out but I would have thought that would have happened already if it was going to happen.
I prefer General Mattis quote "be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everybody you meet".
