thx Kfann, agree totally about historical data being worth a mint later and even now can be very useful. when i had a Property Conveyancing business I would go back to Lands Dept Photo records to check for previous year floods, old dams since filled in in new subdivisions which would affect foundation requirements etc, mine shafts on rural land and much much more other conveyancers would not even suggest searching for some clients. imagine the advantage the old National Safety Council might have benefitted from if Nearmap could have looked into those empty containers the Banks were using as security? Imagine a takeover specialist checking on timber or other stocks held in open air facilities or Auditors checking other assets the possibilities are endless to sticky beek.
