43cps is the ave exercise price of the options, and employees lose them under certain conditions upon resignation and probably termination if that happens - so may be tempted to exercise just in case when ITM. All of these total about $15m. Handy cash. Good luck to employees if they have them too - they have done a good job as far as I can tell.
