The share price is currently $2.10. Who would buy at this price?
1. Increase the price to get small shareholders to bail thus reducing number who could vote No.
2. Increasing number of shareholders who will vote Yes to counter those who will vote No.
Just my paranoid ramblings. Anyone have a better explanation? I'm not sure there is another offer out there so I have left this in the unlikely box.
