Reckon it will not be a friendly show towards directors.
no doubt they will push for an ‘orchestrated’ Zoom type meeting, shareholders watching only, questions have to be put in writing beforehand and only those ‘pleasing’ the Chair are addressed.
if thats the way it turns out, board members deserve to be ‘keel-hauled’ (in the metaphorical sense) by shareholders.
