How can we organise that?Will voting forms be mailed (posted) to all shareholders? So many of us shareholders are being ‘puk shed’ into all electronic comms to shareholders (which I Resist where possible as stuff is too easily ‘buried’ amongst the plethora of junk email received ).At times it seems that one does not even receive the full docs electronically ... but just an email linking to them .... The issue being “how many of the small shareholders will follow these links and vote?Do we have a right to access shareholder email addresses to wage a campaign to convince a good number of them to lodge a NO vote rather than not voting at all .... which is the more usual case. To defeat this, I think we need NUMBERS of shareholders voting NO (so the 50% of shareholders voting approval threshold fails) rather than size of shareholdings,
There are 10-12k shareholders to potentially convince to vote No.

Time to wage war on these vultures.
