Bravo will do zilch for small shareholders.They are likely to say "We paid you the cash ("pieces of silver") so now 'disappear' ". Let us (Bravo) now feast at the table.
There is fat chance that they will offer any opportunity for NEA shareholders to invest in their PE fund ..... that gravy train is no doubt reserved for themselves and the mgt/execs of the business that Bravo grab and score and ongoing position with bonuses etc.
