Doesn't make sense. Before the story was don't worry about the share price the underlying growth of the company is what matters which I tend to agree with for a long term hold. Now the story is the share price offer maximises the value.

Furthermore if the market is deteriorating more companies will need Nearmap to save costs from site visits, talent will be cheaper to hire and retain and there are other benefits as well.

Still a no from me.
