Barring no further news not a chance.
Watch NEA for any length of time and you'll see any real positive climb is quickly sold off.
I'm guessing there's a lot on the register that have simply lost patience and are looking to bail out on strength.
Today was yet another example. Rinse and repeat.
This has languished for so long now a lot of good news will be needed for this to get to 0.60 IMO.
