it’s being shorted pretty heavily at the moment. It seems to be holding ok around 3.20 mark. Any news at that moment will spike and then be sold into or beaten down by shortest.
i work at a Council and this sort of technology is just starting to be picked up so it’s great timing to deliver it to the market.
