I dont see your point.
if Norgard and Newman want out they are welcome to sell.
What really gets ‘my paddy up’ is them putting the whole NEA show ‘belly up’ for sale for a relative pittance price, and then ‘forcing on all shareholders’ if it is accepted because they chose SOA pathway..
If they had used the ćłassical takeover where I could choose to stay as a minority shareholder, I might feel a little different.
