Even if that were true which we will find out, it does suggest that damages can't be too high if the same objective could be achieved via another way. Not entirely sure why Eagleview put this here, it weakens the case.

regardless if the method the both use is the same it doesn't mean that they copied eagle view. the roof problem only has so many ways it can be solved so it's understandable that companies might come to the same conclusion to solve the problem
