This kind of patent case usually would drag it for 2-3 years (+ appeal time). At the time the court announces the final result, EV would have lose most of the roof business to NEA.
Instead, EV should focus and invest more on their own products and try to win the market share this way rather than wasting time to sue other competitors. Well, time will tell.
