Pretty much what austted said. I'm almost fully invested in the market with little spare cash.
Reallocating with a fully invested highly concentrated portfolio is difficult. If I sell anything I'm subject to CGT, and none of my holdings are stinkers (3DP, NEA, RNT).
If I had cash I would consider topping up.
