Reading that make you wonder if Eagleview is a little "emboldened" by previous courtroom success to bring a case against NEA.
Their case against NEA seems much less substantial at first look, perhaps bordering on frivolous with no case to answer on NEA's part, but we shall see.
Hopefully this settles as quickly as possible, but I'm certainly not holding my breath!
