It's roughly 5% of the North American business. Nearmap has been winning a lot of roofing as despite what JCap says, it is better than EVs. The pricing model is better and also the service.
It would appear Nearmap generated roofing off 3D imagery rather than 2D imagery. I think I'll side with the NEA board about their confidence and ability to defend the patent. It's also worth noting that Verisk was quite a different case due to the accusation that they made no effort to understand or detail why they weren't infringing on patents. Verisk is a $30 billion company (still growing since the litigation) and pretty much treated the $150 million verdict as a cost of doing business so they upped the damages.
