I'll post more information in due course.
For the moment just understand that it's an uphill battle for EV to even get this off the ground and even if they do almost 75% of these cases fail for the plaintiff. An existing NEA patent citing EV is amongst many things that EV does not have working in their favour.
I suspect that EV coffers and ego are full from previous litigation, so they have the money and time (not innovating) to persue revenue through the courts. Innovation huh!!!
Note: I am by far an expert on patent law in the US and interested to hear any other feedback for those more knowledgeable than I.
