Ann: Nearmap receives indicative proposal, provides FY22 update, page-199

I am wondering why Rob Newman has changed his tune from "an Australian success story all the way" to now "sell out to a foreigner".
If we vote no we will soon find out (probably not happily), along with having an uncommitted team. Not a recipe for success.

I'll probably vote yes, collect my 14c capital gain and chalk it down to experience.

Can then focus on building up a more significant position in 3DP as it has huge potential, but is always expensive, so just buy the dips and HODL.
