Ditto. Cheap to my mind.
But that's sadly how these things come about.
Markets, particularly the Australian market, very VERY often bashes many companies around so badly they are ripe to be acquired by off shore opportunists. It stems from our 'little' market but more particularly our small mindedness and lack of patients towards Co's that require time to reach scale overseas. Read past posts here on HC as evidence of the negativity involved in creating cheap buy outs for foreign interests.
Tassal (TGR:held) is a prime example of market participants (ie short sellers) creating value for eager O/S buyers but thus far management there have been dismissive to the offer.
We'll see what transpires here.
