Excellent.
Every shareholder voting NO helps, No matter how small the number of shares.
I have a feeling that it will be the NUMBER OF SHAREHOLDERS voting NO will be what kills the deal and sends the TB vultures out the door,

Be aware that BOTH of 2 conditions must be satisfied at the meeting for the deal to happen
1. Over 50% by number of the shareholders who vote must be in favour.
2. Over 75% of the number of shares held by those voting must be in favour.

Encourage any small shareholders you know to vote NO and scuttle this deal by Condition 1 failing to pass.
Their votes will help negate the wishes of the BIG holders such as directors etc who desperately want the deal to suit their own whims.
