Make sure to vote yes! Otherwise your holding can drop by 30-50% the next day. May the yes vote prevail and we actually get a good outcome for holders. Many people don’t understand the significance of this vote. Without nearmap being private, they can need to do another equity raise to pay the legal costs of this fight with eagleview.
