Well I was called up yesterday. Had a pleasant chat with someone who appeared intelligent. Told him my reasons why I was unimpressed with the Board's position and finally advised him I had already voted no. He agreed to relay my objection to NEA management. He told he had spoken to other shareholders with similar views.
