She wasn't impressed when I said "it was simple...make a decent honest offer."

The caller didn't seem to have much more to add and I couldn't help my intuition suggesting she was over it.

We are winning. The IMPORTANT THING is that we act on the votes so our proxies are not given to the BOD. Even if this is the first time you have ever made a vote...look after yourself and your families.
