Agree. $2.40 will get this deal over the line. Cannot understand people not wanting to sell. This business has never turned a profit. School is still out as to wether this business can be profitable. Throw in the litigation and the market downturn and you have to consider the deal.
Yes the stock jumped to $4 some time back over hype but forget that now as we will see that price again in the foreseeable future as the business is not worth 2 Biilion +
Lets keep the pressure on and just maybe we will get a higher offer.
