Given the share price has fallen so much, they should allow retail shareholders to participate at a discount to the current share price say 63 cents. This would be fair as management did try to screw retail shareholders with the institutional capital raising - which backfired! I am still miffed by the secret institutional capital raising and the misleading ASX announcements. NEA management ought to take a good look at themselves - I am sure ASIC is.
