We forget that when they were planning the insto raisng, the share price exceeded 80 cents and hit 94 cents. Hence they were screwing retail by pricing the November insto offer at such a huge discount. Besides, they can now make amends (following the negative publicity) by making the SPP to retail at a significant discount to the existing share price. Yet, they have not. I know that other investors have broached this with management yet the latter is still going ahead. I guess that they are doing so to protect the recent insto subscribers - at the expense of longstanding retail investors. Terrible way to run a business.
