As I write this, I think that what NEA management is doing is terribly unfair to retail investors who have stuck with the company. Could I ask retail investors to let NEA management and ASIC know your dissatisfaction with the current pricing of the SPP (why are we given a premium price when instos enjoyed a massive > 12% discount to the then prevailing share price)? This is in addition to the secretive way they went about their insto placement, followed by a subsequent misleading disclosure to investors later on.
