Is the SPP the lower of $2.77 OR the 5 Day VWAP Closing Date of the SPP with a 2.5% discount?
This means if the 5-Day VWAP as at 5pm on the 5th October Share (SPP Close) is $2.2 then we'll get to buy the shares at $2.2 and if the 5-Day VWAP is $3.2 then we'll get to buy the shares at $2.77
