Relax champ I've posted on CZI before and after all it is a public forum plus you should welcome debate. I do understand what LCOE is to get to the 19 cent which doesn't actually include the cost of inverters putting the capital to $25 million for a 10 MW system not $21 million...here's a link for the pro's and con's of different systems written by the same company as you referenced with different LCOE figures using diesel power generation based on varing fuel prices.
Oh and for the order of magnitude study conducted it doesn't actually breakdown in the capex if they intend to purchase their own power station or use a third party like Sandfire resources which saves on capex but costlier in the long run.
