re: Ann: NEC Directors' Recommendation on... I think the Chinese only accepted conditionally, on NHC reaching 90% otherwise, it appears to have been withdrawn.
If NHC were smart, they'd just negotiate with the Chinese to take out their holding, then clean up the small investors in another takeover bid.
