re: Ann: NEC: NEC Receives Revised Takeover O... With NHC loaded to the tune of $2 billion in cash, another $50mil is not a lot in the scheme of things.
It'd lock them in good coal assets.
The comments from the chairman today seem strange, because its sounded like he thinks they'll get NEC for this price, which I don't think they will.
They really should just sit down with the NEC Board and hack out a midway point.
