    IMO this is the worst outcome for PZC shareholders. DOCA's take time.

    The relisting of PZC was on the basis of acquiring NEC, the company then needs to go through the relisting process. Even if PZC was the eventual owner of NEC, the DOCA could take months or even years to finalise, PZC in all likelihood would be delisted during this time and shareholders stranded.
